Muscle Isolation is a Myth,Train the body with a few compound exercises that cover multiple muscle groups in one hit for example the squat , the deadlift , bench press , clean and jerk , snatch, chin-ups and compound core exercises like the plank.
At minimum do some kettlebell swings , snatches and some torso rotational exercise like the barbell russian twist, when you have reached an acceptable strength level in these basic movements then you may add variations to these movements.
Include joint mobility drills in your routine , warm up dynamically cool down with static stretching.
Dont over complicate your training with single muscle group Isolation exercises and you will be stronger and more muscular than 95 % of regular gym goers.
