I felt very proud that I was able to supply the US Navy with 2 sets of RKC Iron Kettlebells and resistance bands for on board training. It is probably the best explanation of the swing movement variables and function available. Hi A lot of my customers have been purchasing kettlebells from me exclusively for the 2 hand swing routine outlined in the 4 hour body by Tim Ferris . Customers are specifically asking me for 24kg kettlebells , while this size is fine for the above average athlete or a person with a solid strength training history , it is much too heavy for the beginner or someone with little strength training background. So if you have read the book and intend on following his routine , please let me advise you on what weight you should purchase , we have kettlebells going up in 2 kg increments from 4kg to 24kg and then in 8kg increments to 32 kg.
